PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION – DATA PROCESSING PRINCIPLES

2. What personal data do we process? To process your order and fulfill our legal obligations, we process your personal data in the following scope: title, first name, last name, Company ID (IČO), Tax ID (DIČ), billing address, order details, payment information, phone number, email.
3. For what purpose do we process your personal data? We process your personal data for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract via the internet, specifically for receiving and recording your order, processing it, delivering it electronically, issuing an invoice, handling withdrawal from the contract, and resolving any complaints.
4. How do you give us your consent? You give us your consent to process your personal data by submitting your order.
5. How can you withdraw your consent? You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. You can withdraw your consent by sending a notice to info@bengobarber.sk or by mail to Mamateyova 1, 851 04 Bratislava.
7. Who do we provide your data to? Based on a contract concluded in accordance with GDPR, we provide your personal data to our external accountant. In the event of a complaint, we may also provide your personal data to the relevant manufacturer or service provider.
8. How long do we keep your personal data? Purchase contracts and orders placed via our website or by email are stored for the time necessary to process the order and for the period required to exercise legal claims, such as complaints, for a maximum of 2 years. Accounting documents are stored for 10 years. Documents related to complaints are stored for 5 years.
9. Do we transfer your personal data outside the EU? We do not transfer your personal data to any third country outside the European Union.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.
11. How do we process your personal data? We process your personal data in electronic and paper form. We do not use automated individual decision-making. We process your personal data in the following programs and online tools: WordPress, Word, Excel, Stripe payment gateway, SuperFaktúra invoicing system, email info@bengobarber.sk, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta advertising tools (Facebook/Instagram).
12. How do we secure your personal data? The security of your personal data is our priority. To protect your data, we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures. The website is secured against unauthorized access. Documents processed in paper form are stored in a locked cabinet. All persons handling personal data are bound by confidentiality.
